2025/2026 Stateline Fury White
The Stateline Fury White Program is designed to provide young softball players with an opportunity to experience travel softball while maintaining a manageable schedule and continuing to participate with their recreational team. This unique developmental program serves as a bridge between recreational softball and traditional full-time travel softball, allowing players and families to explore additional opportunities without making a major commitment.
One of the biggest advantages of the Fury White Program is that players are encouraged to continue playing with their existing recreational team. Players can enjoy the friendships, experiences, and games they already have while also benefiting from additional instruction, development sessions, and competitive opportunities through the Fury White Program.
Players who are not currently participating in a recreational softball program are also encouraged to try out. The Fury White Program is open to all players looking to improve their skills and experience travel softball. Whether you currently play recreational softball or are simply looking for a quality developmental softball experience, Fury White provides an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and compete.
Throughout the year, players participate in regularly scheduled development sessions focused on throwing mechanics, defensive fundamentals, hitting instruction, base running, game awareness, and position-specific skills. The program's limited schedule is intentionally designed to be family-friendly and accommodating for multi-sport athletes while still providing meaningful opportunities for player growth.
The Fury White Program is also offered at a significantly reduced cost compared to traditional travel softball programs. Rather than playing a full travel schedule, Fury White teams will generally participate in only 5-6 tournaments or events throughout the year. Most of these events are scheduled as one-day tournaments or within a short driving distance of the Stateline area, helping families minimize travel expenses, hotel costs, and the time commitment often associated with travel softball. This allows players to receive many of the benefits of a travel softball experience without the financial burden that often comes with full-time travel programs.
For many families, the Fury White Program serves as an ideal introduction to the travel softball environment. Players gain experience working with different coaches, training alongside athletes from multiple communities, and participating in a structured development program without the extensive travel and demanding schedule associated with traditional travel softball.
Most importantly, the Fury White Program gives players and families the opportunity to determine if travel softball is the right fit for them. After experiencing the additional practices, instruction, development sessions, and tournament opportunities, families can make a more informed decision about whether they would like to pursue a full-time travel softball opportunity in the future. For some, Fury White may be exactly the right fit. For others, it may become the stepping stone that leads them to one of the Stateline Fury's more competitive travel teams.
Whether a player's goal is to remain in recreational softball, improve their skills for middle school and high school softball, or eventually transition to a full-time travel softball program, the Fury White Program provides a positive, affordable, and developmental pathway to help them achieve their goals.

Fury White Development (Practice) Calendar
The Stateline Fury White Program is designed to provide players with quality instruction and competitive opportunities while maintaining a manageable schedule for multi-sport athletes and families. Following tryouts on June 27, 2026, teams will participate in a series of development sessions approximately every other week throughout the year. Outdoor training will begin in late July and continue through October, focusing on fundamental skill development, team concepts, and player growth. The program will then take a planned break from November 1 through December 31, allowing players and families time to enjoy the holiday season and participate in other activities.
Beginning in January, players will return for indoor winter development sessions held approximately every other week through March at the Stateline Sports Group indoor facility. These sessions will focus on throwing mechanics, defensive fundamentals, hitting instruction, base running, and position-specific development. Once weather conditions improve, the program will transition back outdoors in April and continue through early July with regularly scheduled development practices and team activities. This schedule allows players to receive year-round instruction while avoiding the demands of a traditional travel softball schedule, creating an ideal environment for players looking to continue developing their skills and prepare for future opportunities within the Stateline Fury organization. The Fury White Program serves as an excellent bridge between recreational softball and higher-level travel softball while emphasizing player development, confidence, and a love for the game.
