Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2025 Stateline Snowdown
2025 Stateline Snowdown Refund Policy All teams registering for the 2025 Stateline Snowdown are required to submit a deposit at the time of registration to secure their spot in the event. Please note: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, withdrawal from the event, weather-related issues, or failure to submit the balance payment by the deadline. The deposit serves as a commitment to participate and allows Stateline Sports Group to reserve facilities, officials, and other tournament resources in advance. The remaining balance (after the deposit) must be paid in full by the designated due date to maintain placement in the event. In the unlikely event that Stateline Sports Group must cancel the tournament in its entirety (e.g., due to facility closure or other circumstances beyond control), registered teams will receive a full refund. By completing registration and submitting payment, teams acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
