If a player member would like to use the indoor facility during an available time slot, please remember that all requests must be made at least 8 hours in advance.

If your request is approved, your name will appear on the official schedule on the website. Please keep in mind that submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Once approved, you will receive an email or text with the temporary door code. This code will unlock the door when you arrive, and the door will automatically lock behind you—so no need to worry about locking it when you leave. We do ask that everyone follow the posted closing procedures before exiting the building.

If you submitted your request more than 8 hours in advance but did not receive a confirmation on the schedule or the door code, you may text the number posted on the entry door to request assistance. If you don’t receive a quick reply, please call the number listed.

Please remember that only registered players and accompanying adult(s) are allowed in the training area. No siblings or friends are permitted inside the training area at any time.
