💰 Earn Credit for Your Raffle Sales

Every Stateline Sports Group player will receive a 50% credit on all raffle ticket sales over the first $300.

How that credit is applied depends on your current player account:

• If you still have unpaid player fees or an active payment plan, your earned credit will be applied toward those remaining payments.
• Stateline Fury and Dirt Dawg players who no longer have an active payment plan will have their earned credit applied to their current family account for future program expenses.
• Lady Shamrocks players who do not have a remaining balance will have their earned credit applied toward their next program renewal.

Example

If you sell $600 in raffle tickets:

• The first $300 satisfies the program fundraising minimum.
• You then have $300 in additional sales.
• You receive 50% of those additional sales, giving you a $150 credit.
• That $150 will be applied as described above, depending on your program and whether you have a remaining player fee balance.

Already Paid the $300 Minimum?

If you chose to pay the $300 fundraising minimum instead of selling tickets, you can still participate and earn credit.

Because your $300 minimum has already been satisfied, you will receive 50% credit on every raffle ticket you sell during the fundraiser.

For example, if you already paid the $300 minimum and then sell $400 in raffle tickets, you will earn a $200 credit, which will be applied as described above.

The More You Sell, the More You Earn!

There is no reason to stop once you reach $300. Every additional ticket sold can help reduce your family's current or future Stateline Sports Group program costs—and you are also competing for one of the Top Individual Seller gift cards.

Each season we issue a challenge to every Stateline Sports Group coaching staff—including head coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers—to see which team's staff can become our Top Beef Raffle Producer.

Here's how it works:

• 50% of every dollar sold by a member of your coaching staff and credited to your team will be returned to your team in the form of equipment of your choice.
• Eligible equipment includes items such as:
• Softballs
• Team bats
• Bownets
• Team wagons
• Training equipment
• And much more!

As if that wasn't enough, the team with the highest total coaching staff sales will receive the remaining 50% of their sales credited directly to their team account to help offset team expenses.

That's right...your coaching staff can earn back 100% of what they sell!

Just as a little motivation, the same team has won this challenge the past two years, earning several thousand dollars in equipment and team account credits.

So get your coaching staff together, make a plan, and start selling. This is a great opportunity to purchase those items you've always wanted for your team while helping support all of the youth programs offered by the Stateline Sports Group.

Here are a few ideas to help when you are reaching out to friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and others through email or social media about our Annual Beef Raffle.

Don't be afraid to make your message personal. Let people know who you are selling for and why you are asking for their support. People are much more likely to purchase a ticket when they know they are helping a player or team they know.

We have included some sample messages below that you are welcome to copy, change, and make your own.

A few quick tips:

• Include your personal online sales link every time you post or send an email.
• Ask grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, coworkers, and family friends.
• Post more than once. People often intend to buy and simply forget.
• Include a picture of your player in their uniform when posting on Facebook.
• Don't just say "Buy a raffle ticket." Tell people that their purchase is helping support your player's softball or baseball program.
• A simple thank you goes a long way.

Remember, you don't have to be a salesperson. You are simply letting people know about the raffle and giving them an opportunity to support your player and Stateline Sports Group.
