SSG Hardship Application

At Stateline Sports Group, we understand that youth sports can be expensive and that financial hardships can sometimes make participation difficult for families.

If your family is experiencing financial challenges, we encourage you to complete a Stateline Sports Group Hardship Assistance Application. Our goal is to ensure that every player has the opportunity to participate whenever possible.

Once your application and all required supporting documentation have been submitted, the application will be reviewed by our staff. Please allow approximately seven business days for the review process to be completed. All applications and supporting documentation will be handled in strict confidence.
