Year-Round Player Development
At Lady Shamrocks, development doesn’t end when the season does.
Players have the opportunity to participate in off-season skill development sessions, including:
- Pitching Development
- Hitting Development
- Bunting & Slapping Instruction
- General Skills & Fundamentals Training
All off-season training takes place at the Stateline Sports Group Indoor Facility, a 10,000-square-foot, fully turfed training space.

A Pathway to the Next Level
Lady Shamrocks is the only recreational program in the area with a true ladder of development.
Players who are ready for higher competition can move into one of three levels of the Stateline Fury program, allowing athletes to grow without leaving the organization.

As part of this system, Shamrock players have a clear pathway to advance through the Stateline Fury travel programs, which offer three progressive levels of play:
- Fury White – Perfect for players ready to take their first step into travel softball, offering competitive play with a limited travel schedule.
- Fury Black – Designed for dedicated athletes with goals of competing at the high school and college level, focusing on skill growth with regional travel.
- Fury Red – One of the most respected national-level programs in the Midwest, featuring elite athletes and a long history of success — including over 300 college commitments from Fury players.
This ladder of softball development ensures that every Lady Shamrock player has the opportunity to continue growing — from first swings in youth leagues all the way to the college recruiting stage — without ever leaving the Stateline Sports Group family.
