Tournament Contest
Game MVP
At the completion of each game, each team will select the MVP from the opposing team. Each winner will receive an award. MVP awards will only be awarded in all bracket games except the championship games.
Players are only allowed to win one MVP so please make sure coaches let the other team know who has won one in an earlier game. Thank You
All Tournament Team
Stateline Sports Group will announce a ten-player all-tournament team for each division on Sunday evening. The players selected to the All-Tournament teams will be presented a recognition plaque on Monday, October 30th following the championship game of their division.
Team costume contest
Again this season each team is encouraged to dress in costume for their first game of the tournament. We are asking to have your team in costume meet behind the Stadium press box where we will have our hay bales and corn stalks set for your team photo. We recommend being there at least 90 minutes prior to your first scheduled game. Photos of each team will be placed on this website page on Sunday morning, October 29th. Once the photos are posted there will be the opportunity for all of your fans to vote on the one they think is the best. The winning team will win $100 toward a team pizza party at a location of their choice.
Apple Dunking Contest
This season we are bringing back the apple dunking contest. Each team will select three players from their team to participate. Each team will have one player at a time dunk for an apple. Once the player secures an apple the next player will follow until all three players have secured an apple. Each team will be timed and the team with the fastest time will be declared the winner. The apple dunking contest will be held in the picnic area in front of the concession stand weather permitting. Each team will dunk for apples immediately following their first tournament game. The winning teams will win $50.00 towards a team pizza party at a location of their choice.
Painted Pumpkin Contest
Something new! This year we are asking each team to paint a pumpkin prior to the start of the tournament. There will be a table out for the teams to bring their painted team pumpkin anytime before the conclusion of games on Saturday night. Starting on Sunday morning everyone will have an opportunity to vote online for their favorite pumpkin design. The winning teams will win $50.00 towards a team pizza party at a location of their choice.

Tournament Information
Date: October 27th, 28th , 29th & 30th
All 4 Championship Games will be played on Monday, October 30th.
8U Championship Game played at 5:00 PM Diamond # 2
10U Championship Game played at 5:00 PM Stadium
12U Championship Game played at 7:00 PM Diamond # 2
14U Championship Game played at 7:00 PM Stadium

Age: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U
Due to the number of teams, all age divisions will play a single elimination championship bracket. If a team loses their 1st game it will enter into a consolation bracket guaranteeing every team a minimum of 2 games in the tournament. The teams will be seeded using the standings as of October 16th.
The home team will be determined by the dizzy bat contest. Each team will be represented by one adult coach from each team. The two coaches will meet at home plate with a bat. When the umpire announces go both coaches are to rotate around the bat with their forehead against the end of the bat ten times. Once they have completed their 10 times they are to run to the base closest to their dugout, touch the base, and return home. The coaches who return to home the fastest will have their choice of being home or away.

Crafters for Trick or Treaters
Something new! This year the Scarecrow Slam event has invited some local crafters to participate. In between games, you will be able to check out their crafts. We are also told they will all have some Halloween candy for those young trick-or-treaters.
