Program Fundraisers

Stateline Sports Group will have three program fundraisers during the season. The family raffle is mandatory while the other two are optional to participate in. Starting in the 2020/21 season the program fundraisers, except for the mandatory family raffle will have a percentage of the profits (20%) credited back equally to each team account to help teams with additional tournament costs. Teams will be able to pass the partnership funds from their team account to help with individual player fees. This is a team decision that will be announced prior to any disbursements. The second program fundraiser will generally be held during the winter months, and we generally hold the third program fundraiser in the spring. Details will be announced soon after the start of the season.

Starting in 2020/21 Stateline Sports Group has initiated our membership partnership. A percentage (20%) of profits from facility rentals, hosted tournaments, hosted round robins, camps, clinics, etc. will be divided equally to the team accounts of the hosting travel program. Teams have the option of using these funds to help with player fee payments.

Program Membership Partnership

Besides our Stateline Sports Group fundraising partnership, we offer sharing of membership fees. We base our membership fee on 175 paying members. For every paid member above the 175, the program shares 20% of the player fee back to team account.


Player Fundraisers

Starting in 2020/21 players may take part in our Player Sponsorship Program.  We credit 100% of any player sponsorship to that individual's player fee account.


Opt-In Fundraisers
We will offer opt-in fundraisers to assist families in offsetting cost throughout the season.

During a season, teams may need to raise additional funds to pay for tournament expenses.  Here, 100% of any funds raised go to the team account. Families may buy out of team fundraisers by paying the player share equivalent of the total funds raised. The travel program director or Stateline Sports Group Executive Director must approve all team fundraisers.

SSG Team Fundraising Policies

We must approve team fundraisers in advance through the SSG Fundraising Coordinator. 

  • Fundraiser request must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours in advance for approval
  • Requests must include the dates of your fundraiser activity.
  • Requests to hold a team fundraiser must include the intended use of funds raised.
  • Requests must note if it will apply fundraiser revenue in full or part to the team or players' accounts.
  • Requests must list any families who want to buy out of the fundraiser and the amount we should invoice the family.
  • The SSG administration must handle all fundraising income and payouts, NO EXCEPTIONS. Teams can not pay out any proceeds by cash or personal checks.
